Who Are we?

We are an adult day services center that provides respite care for caregivers who need a break from their daily responsibilities. In addition to giving caregivers a much-needed break, the center offers therapeutic activities to help seniors maintain their mental and physical health. We provide nutritious meals, ensuring seniors receive proper nutrition throughout the day. Transportation services are available for those who need help getting to and from the center, which can help seniors maintain their independence while still receiving the care they need. Overall, an adult day services center is a valuable resource for seniors and their caregivers looking for a safe and supportive environment where they can thrive.

Some of the services we offer are:

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy helps individuals develop skills to learn emotion regulation, symptom management, cognitive restructuring, and behavior modification. These skills are developed through solution-focused or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and are conducted by our licensed master-level clinicians.

Group Therapy

Group therapy helps individuals to develop communication and socialization skills, allows clients to learn how to express their issues, and accept criticism from others. It allows individuals to development self-awarness by listening to others with similar issues.

Counseling

Counseling services help individuals develop life skills to promote overall well-being. Some of these services include budgeting, how to fill out an application, problem-solving, planning, etc.

Free Transportation

We offer non-emergency free transportation from the area we serve to and from our facility in Redford.

Optimum Adult Day Services is a warm and inviting facility for older adults and disabled persons. It provides an opportunity for clients to achieve their least restrictive environment. In addition, it provides support services to our clients with special needs to promote inclusion, maximize independence, and improve their overall quality.
